Less Annoying CRM really is. A project with WSA gave me a chance to work with all the teams across the business. The plan – to discover, evaluate, source and implement a CRM system that would suit a smallish (24+) marketing agency.
We looked at 15 initially and shortlisted five. We ultimately chose LACRM because it would work with our existing systems and was SO intuitive. Anyone could start using it virtually straight away and it could be paid for on a month-by-month basis. It sounds simple but it involved developing a functional specification across the business. That covered what did we want to system to do? What did we want out of it? How often? For whom? As ever, the major issue is data cleanliness. How much data have you got? How many duplicates?
With that complete I moved to National Energy Services to help them re-brand to Sava, to update their CRM (four versions of LACRM thankfully), to support student numbers for their Diploma in Residential Surveying & Valuation and to start to understand GDPR. A re-brand sounds simple if you say it quickly. But, every platform; every piece of print…Thanks to Sean, Mukhthair and Lee and especially to Dominic with whom we developed a partnership with the British Forces Re-settlement Service. https://youtu.be/neOXKXGEG04
